This Privacy Policy applies to Bombaster (the “Application”), a mobile game provided by NovikovLab (“we”, “us”, or “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as a free service on an “as is” basis.

The Application uses Yandex Mobile Ads to show rewarded advertising. A rewarded advertisement is shown only after you choose to request it, for example to receive an optional in-game reward after a match.
Yandex Mobile Ads and its advertising partners may process device, network, advertising, and online identifier information, including the Android Advertising ID, to deliver and measure advertising, limit ad frequency, prevent fraud, and, where permitted by applicable law and your choices, personalize advertising. The in-game reward is calculated by our game server; the Advertising ID does not determine the amount of that reward.
You can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID, or change advertising personalization settings, in your device settings. These settings may affect the availability or relevance of advertising but do not prevent you from using the Application.
We use information to operate and secure the Application, provide online gameplay and optional rewards, maintain and improve performance, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Advertising-related information is used to deliver, measure, and improve advertising as described above.
The Application uses third-party services that process data under their own privacy policies. These currently include:
Where required by applicable law, we and our advertising providers will request consent before processing information for personalized advertising. You may withdraw consent or change applicable privacy choices through the controls made available in the Application or on your device, where available.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, users, or services, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or to service providers that process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies.
We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating the Application, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention by third-party providers is governed by their own policies.
The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Your continued use of the Application after an update means that you have read the updated policy.
